How it works
-
You share
Tell someone about Rajaaram and recommend our work.
You can send our contact details, our website, or simply tell your own experience.
The referral must come from a genuine, spontaneous recommendation.
-
The person says they came through you
For the referral to be recorded, the person you referred must tell Rajaaram, before making their booking, that they reached us through your recommendation.
This can happen in the first contact by WhatsApp, Instagram, the website, or another guest channel.
You may also contact us in advance and let us know that a particular person intends to reach us through your referral.
What matters is that the recommendation is identified before the booking.
-
The person must be truly new to Rajaaram
To take part in the program, the referred person must be someone who has never had prior contact with Rajaaram.
This means the following people are not considered new referrals:
- anyone who has already contacted us before;
- anyone who has already asked for information about our experiences;
- anyone who has already begun a conversation with us;
- anyone who has already made a booking;
- anyone who has cancelled a booking;
- anyone who has already taken part in any experience at Rajaaram.
Even if the person has never completed an experience, prior contact with Rajaaram is enough for them no longer to count as a new referral.
The only practical exception is when the person themselves, in their first contact, spontaneously says they reached Rajaaram through your recommendation.
What counts as a valid referral?
To generate a referral, the referred person must:
- be a new person to Rajaaram;
- identify you as the person who recommended us;
- attend the ceremony or journey on the scheduled date;
- pay the full amount of the experience;
- complete the experience — a booking without attendance does not count.
A booking alone does not make the referral valid. If the person does not come to the ceremony, the referral is not counted.
The ceremony date is the date the referral becomes valid — and only after payment in full.
Therapies do not count.
A Reset Express booking does not generate a valid referral.
For the program, only experiences classified by Rajaaram as the following count:
Ceremonies and Journeys
5 referrals = 1 experience
When you complete 5 valid referrals, you receive a personal benefit.
The free experience is released only after every referred person in that group has completed the ceremony and paid the full price.
The basic benefit corresponds to the Reset Ceremony.
You may choose a higher-value experience, or you may book a night at Domo Xango.
You may choose among four possibilities:
Reset Ceremony
Receive a Reset Ceremony at no additional cost.
Deep Dive
Use your benefit as credit toward a Deep Dive Ceremony and pay only the difference between the benefit value and the current price of the chosen experience.
Chakras Express
Use your benefit as credit toward the Chakras Express Ceremony and pay only the difference between the benefit value and the current price of the chosen experience.
Domo Xango
Would you rather spend a night in the Chapada? You may exchange your benefit for 1 night at Domo Xango for 1 person.
The night must be booked in advance, is subject to availability, and does not include breakfast.
If you wish to stay longer, you may add one or more nights by paying the corresponding difference.
If you want a different experience
The value of the benefit will be deducted from the current price of the chosen experience, and you will pay only the difference.
The amounts used to calculate the difference will always be the prices in force at the time the benefit is booked, not necessarily the prices that existed when the referrals were made.
Or you may choose Domo Xango
Instead of a ceremony, you may choose to spend a night at Domo Xango.
The benefit corresponds to:
1 night · 1 person
The stay:
- must be booked in advance;
- is subject to availability;
- does not include breakfast;
- cannot be transferred to another person;
- may be extended by paying the difference for additional nights.
If you wish to stay two, three, or more nights, you simply pay the difference between the benefit and the price of the chosen stay.
The more you share, the more you live
The benefit is not limited to a single time.
With each new group of 5 valid referrals, you earn a new benefit.
- 5 referrals → 1 benefit
- 10 referrals → 2 benefits
- 15 referrals → 3 benefits
And so on.
Each benefit is earned individually and follows the same rules of this program.
Important: the referral is personal
To keep the program fair and avoid attribution conflicts, there are a few simple rules.
Who receives the referral?
The referral belongs to the person the new guest themselves identifies as responsible for the recommendation.
There is no priority for whoever contacts Rajaaram first.
For example:
João and Maria both say they referred Pedro. If Pedro says João recommended him, the referral is attributed to João.
The statement of the referred person is the criterion Rajaaram uses to record the referral.
Each person can be referred only once
The same person cannot generate more than one referral, even if they later complete other experiences, make new bookings, or return to Rajaaram.
The referral is tied to the first ceremony or journey the new guest completes and pays in full.
The time to refer
Referrals are valid for 6 months.
To earn a benefit, the 5 valid referrals — with the ceremony completed and paid in full — must happen within six months.
The period starts on the date of the first valid ceremony in the group being formed.
When all five people have completed and paid within that period, the group is closed and the benefit is released.
Referrals not used to complete a group of five cease to be valid after the end of that six-month period.
If, on the other hand, you have only four referrals within the period and the fifth happens after the deadline, a new group must be started.
The time to use your benefit
After the 5 referrals have been completed and paid, you have 12 months to use the benefit.
The period starts on the date of the last ceremony in the group — when Rajaaram confirms that the five referrals are valid.
After that period, the benefit expires if it has not been used.
The benefit does not generate financial credit or a cash payment.
The benefit is yours
The benefit earned through Share the Experience is personal.
It:
- cannot be transferred;
- cannot be sold;
- cannot be given away;
- cannot be converted into money;
- cannot be converted into financial credit;
- cannot be used by another person in your place.
The person who completed the five referrals is the holder of the benefit and must be the person who lives the chosen experience.
Bookings and availability
Earning the benefit does not mean an automatic date reservation.
After the benefit is released, you should contact Rajaaram to choose a date. The experience or stay depends on the calendar availability of Rajaaram or Domo Xango.
Availability is handled in the same way as other bookings.
The benefit does not guarantee a specific date, nor does it allow you to require service outside the space’s normal availability.
Cancellations
A booking generates a valid referral only when the person has paid in full and attended the ceremony or journey.
If the booking is cancelled before the experience takes place, the referral may be removed from the count.
If there is a full or partial refund because of the cancellation, the corresponding referral is no longer considered valid.
The same applies to bookings that do not take place for any reason.
This is not a commission program
Share the Experience is not a commission or sales-remuneration program.
You do not receive money for referring people.
You share Rajaaram and, when five new people arrive through your recommendation and complete a valid ceremony or journey, you receive a personal experience with us.
The purpose is simply to share an experience that made sense for you.
About recording referrals
Rajaaram will keep a record of referrals in order to follow participation in the program.
To do so, we may record the information needed to identify:
- the person who made the referral;
- the person referred;
- the date of the referral;
- the date of the ceremony that took place;
- the experience booked;
- confirmation of payment;
- the validity of the referral;
- the benefit eventually earned and used.
This information will be used to administer the program, verify eligibility, and meet obligations related to operating the service, in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
Brazil’s LGPD sets rules for the processing of personal data and provides, among other principles, transparency, security, and accountability; it also establishes the rights of data subjects over their data.
Do not share another person’s personal data unless it is necessary.
Preferably, send the person Rajaaram’s contact details and let them reach us themselves and say they came through your recommendation.
This is better both for that person’s privacy and for the simplicity of the program.
Changes to the program
Rajaaram may change, suspend, or close the program to new participation by updating the conditions published on this page.
However, the conditions applicable to referrals and benefits already validated will be respected according to the rules in force at the time the benefit was earned, except where legally applicable otherwise.
Future changes do not retroactively turn a referral that has already been validly counted into an invalid referral.
Likewise, new rules will not be used to withdraw a benefit already validly earned.
This distinction matters because precise offer information can bind the provider under Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code (CDC).
General provisions
Participation in Share the Experience implies awareness of and agreement with the rules published on this page.
